Issue #34530: Fort Nivue Levers Bug

 
According to UESP there is a bug with Fort Nivue levers.

The levers that open the gates will each work only once, meaning that part of the fort is only accessible the first time you explore it.

Could you make it accessible every time you explore it?

It's Fort Virtue, not "Fort Nivue". :)
