Issue #34566: SFBGS001_LC08_Human_Slate000 Misthaze Spacer Captain's Note #1 0105EAC5

 
I'm not sure why but this is named Note #1 and there is no Note #2, so it has players running all over the cave trying to find it. Judgement call on your end whether you want to rename it.
