Issue #34585: Scroll of Flame Thrall is missing from leveled lists - it's the only missing Atronach Thrall Scroll

 
According to the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages wiki, the Scroll of Flame Thrall is supposed to be sold by Spell merchants. I have no idea how anyone came to this conclusion, but it is on the wiki nonetheless, making me wonder if it was intended.

The actual leveled lists don't have a Flame Thrall Scroll anywhere. The only leveled list for Scrolls that sees any use, LItemScroll100Skill, does not have it, and none of the others do either. This is weird because a Frost Thrall Scroll and a Storm Thrall Scroll were later added, in Dragonborn and Dawnguard respectively. Does a Flame Thrall Scroll suddenly appear in the lists if you play with one of the official expansions?

I'm just curious. I get that no one likes Scrolls, but this discrepancy is intriguing.

There is exactly one Scroll of Frost Thrall, and one Scroll of Storm Thrall in the game. Both were hand placed.

It seems logical that the Scroll of Flame Thrall should also have been hand placed somewhere, but that's beyond scope for the patch since there is no way to determine where the devs would have wanted it.

Worth noting, I added this scroll to Sunderstone Gorge in the Cutting Room Floor mod since the only conclusion available was that it was cut content.
