Issue #34597: Yao Guai effect description not appearing properly in the Pip-Boy

Unofficial Fallout 4 fixes the Yao Guai Roast bug properly, changing the magnitude of the effect from 10 to 0.1 (see attached images).
However, when referencing this value in the description, as <mag>, I do not know why, but only one digit is displayed, 0% instead of 10%.
The donuts from Slocum DLC, that have only one digit, 5%, appear properly.

The displayed magnitude rounds down to 0 because percentages are not something the UI is equipped to handle. The only real way to fix this is to rewrite the description to specify 10% as the magnitude, though other consumables that use this effect with a different magnitude will still display 10%.

Yes, that is exactly what I did to fix it. I created a dedicated effect just for the Yao Guai Roast, while keeping the general effect as it was. It is not a clean and ideal solution, but at least it works.
Thanks a lot for your answer and your time.
