Issue #34605: rtbeebarb01.nif issues

 
rtbeebarb01.nif has some z-fighting issues around one of the doors. This fixes that and also makes some minor optimizations.

There is still room for some collision improvements (shape-wise as well as material fixes for the windows, they're WOOD right now) but those are pending. I'll update this ticket if that gets done.
