Issue #34698: Player Character is considered to be using magic during fist fights.

 
New to the patch, but I have found that whenever my player character tries to enter a fist fight, other NPCs start screaming for help and the challenger pulls an actual weapon and try to kill me. I tried out Take Up Arms, one of the first quests for the Companions, and Vilkus keeps spamming the line talking about how they don't use magic in this duel, reguardless of rendering the quest at a standstill. I think that all fist fights are currently bugged like this, meaning the the Companions questline is currently unplayable, and all the fist fights are to the death.

This is caused by the player having a Cloak effect applied, generally. Do you have any spells applying a constant buff to you, or any enchanted armor like the Ebony Mail that causes magic damage to enemies?

Nope, Even tried the quest without any armor and no weapons naked and with my fists. Everytime they say I am using magic and try to kill me.

It's a known issue fixed by the Modern Brawl Bug Fix mod, gonna ask Enai if we can include that with ussep.
