Issue #34586: WerewolfPreload (cell) included as part of IcerunnerLocation

 
A cell named 'WerewolfPreload' is part of IcerunnerLocation. I have no idea what this cell is used for, assuming it's even used, but it doesn't seem like it should included as part of The Icerunner.

The werewolf in that cell also has its persist location manually set to IcerunnerLocation, which is very odd.

I'm a bit wary of touching this. It doesn't seem to have any negative side effects of existing and I'd be worried of somehow breaking something. The "preload" name makes it sound important.

Something else I just noticed is that the werewolf is linked to a dialogue topic (000AEA78) in C03. So maybe it's the holding cell for Aela when she's in werewolf form in the Underforge during that quest. Why Bethesda set it to be part of the Icerunner is still beyond me, but you're probably right that's it's best not to mess with it.
