Issue #34785: Thistle branch missing encounter zone setting outside of Angarvunde

 
A thistle branch (01002E1A) is missing its encounter zone setting (AngarvundeZone). The dungeon and everything in its exterior cell are never supposed to reset. Based on the FormID, this particular reference was added with SSE. That would explain why it was missed when the nearby barrel was given the setting (19112) long ago.
