Sometimes, Amira walks farther into Low House sandboxing, so Sam Coe cannot get to her. Extend the trigger toward both neighboring houses, and add another action making her walk toward the player (while Sam walks toward her) during phase 1. The combination seems to improve the scene. Some quests have the interruptable flag set, but most do not. None of the companion to companion do, so I've updated all the companion to vendor to match.
One of the great side effects: you can talk to the vendor, then the companion will wait their turn and talk to them immediately afterward.

The .esp file provided here is set up to have 2 files as masters which have not been provided. One of which I assume should have been the file in 34776.
Yeah, when I built and tested them, it was one after another. The other file was 34772. Since you fixed both of those, the masters shouldn't matter anymore.
