Issue #34801: Fish in hatchery respawn immediately

Fish in the fish hatchery respawn as soon as I enter the house and come back out again.

Does not happen with the unmodded game.

Does happen with USSEP 4.3.3.

Does happen with USSEP 4.2.2.

(I thought I had an old version of the patch where it did not happen, but now I cannot find it.)

I've always had the opposite problem where they bug out and don't respawn correctly or at all (like was reported here: 32303). There was a consensus at one point that the respawning (or lack thereof) was engine related, similar to flora.

Found some notes I made on this bug in the summer of -22.

Apparently, it can be fixed (though presumably at a cost of some kind) by extracting the "critterspawn" scripts from the original game files and installing them as loose files.

This seems to work with 4.3.3 as well.

Those critterspawn scripts were fixed for a reason and unpacking the vanilla ones will simply rid you of one issue at the cost of reintroducing all of the old ones. That's not a solution to anything.

I will take longstanding issues with bloat over this bug if those are my options, but I did not mean to suggest it as an actual solution.
