Issue #31536: Kilkreath light beams still on inside the ruins after completion

 
The light beams on pillars outside properly stop.

The beams inside are still there, as is the "beam" sound effect.

The beam at the last door is still on, but the door is again key locked. This pillar no longer switches the beam on and off.

I don't think the lights being on is a bug, it seems intentional to show you cleared it. The doors not staying unlocked is because they needed to be flagged No Respawn. I think I got them all
