Issue #34888: Arrows placed in inaccessible areas at Bannermist Tower
00097CDC: A bundle of arrows that is placed nearly all the way underneath the ground. The terrain in this particular spot doesn't help the problem; it causes them to sink further down.
00097CFA, 00097CFB, 00097CFC: Several single arrows that are placed in unreachable areas of the tower.
Note: There are three other arrows (00097CFD, 00097CFE, 00097CFF) that are placed in an accessible area, so maybe that's where the other were intended to be placed.
