Issue #33077: UV Errors in the USIP's PalaceWallUStairs01.nif and PalaceWallUStairs02.nif Meshes

 
The PalaceWallUStairs01.nif and PalaceWallUStairs02.nif meshes appear to be broken in the USIP, as can be seen in the attached in-game screenshot. Uninstalling the USIP fixes the visual bugs in these meshes.

Cannot seem to find the original issue reported, so looks like these meshes will be removed from the patch.
