Issue #35112: Placement issues in Twilight Sepulcher

 
0007F72B, 0007F72C: Wine bottles are clipping into each other slightly, which may cause one or both to tip over.

0007F730, 0007F731: Dummy potions clipping through a knapsack. Depending on what type of potions spawn, they may be trapped behind the knapsack or clipping into the side of the shelf.

00080478: Mead barrel clips into side and back of a shelf.

00080479, 0008047A: Spigots on back of mead barrels clip into or through back of shelf.

Well that was an odyssey. Also fixed a bunch of candles, some clipping floors, and basically redid the navmesh from scratch because that was unusably broken.
