Issue #35142: Placement issues in Darkwater Pass

 
0003BB40: Fern cluster partially clipping through a Falmer tent.

00103485, 00103486: Misplaced potions. One of them was tipped over and the other was sunken into the base of the wall opening. The dummy markers are floating considerably in the Creation Kit, which is likely the main problem. There could also be a minor collision issue with the wall (NorDwelling01ExtCourtB.nif), but I'm not able to confirm that for certain.

Fixed plus another floating shrub and some navmesh issues. Still more navmesh elsewhere in that worldspace.
