Issue #34511: Minor Consistency Issues with Stablehands

All stablehands throughout the game have been set up very similarly, yet some of them have some inconsistencies when compared to each other.

Ernest is the only stablehand not equiped with an iron war axe. He instead has no weapon at all, which seems like an ommission.

Antoine Branck and Atahba both lack the three instances of "LL0FoodLowerClass100" as seen in the inventories of every other stablehand, which might interfere with their meal packages.

And lastly, and least importantly, while all of them should be of Commoner class, Antoine Branck and Nardhil are set up as Farmer and Ostler, respectively.

The only one of these I'd be inclined to change would be the levelled food, if the NPC's need it for their meals. Strictly speaking, I would think that all the stablehands should have the "Ostler" class, as that is what a stable hand is. In Oblivion, classes are (along with faction membership) used to define dialogue for groups. Antoine has access to food via a sack near his bedroll, so that shouldn't be a problem. Atahba has access to several food barrels inside the stable, which is presumably where she gets her food from. So long as she is carrying our her eating packages and is not stealing, there isn't a problem.

Will leave this open for the moment prior to confirmation, but I don't think these are bugs.

Antoine Branck is already referenced in the patch notes, but it's his dialogue, not the NPC form.
