Same type of error when building the coffin at Heljarchen Hall as at Lakeview Manor. It's likely the same will happen when building the coffin at Windstad Manor, but I'll have to confirm that at a later point.

Like I thought, the same type of error when building the coffin at Windstad Manor. Building the coffin at all three homes causes a papyrus error. All three errors are in this ticket now. Unless there's also a problem with the script itself, I suspect each reference would require the same type of fix to the enable parent settings.
