Issue #35353: Female Champion Armor has UV Map Issues

 
The female champion armor has issues with the spike uv map where it uses the incorrect uvs from the other arena armor.

I have made a fixed version based on the UOP mesh that afaik is working fine. Its weird because *all* the other arena meshes use the same uv except this one. It would maybe be better to edit the texture with a copy of the spike bit from another texture and recolor it but I wouldn't know how to get the color correct.

In the process of reviewing the reported bug I discovered there's also a UV issue on the right breast. There's also some very weird weight-painting where the skirt is rigged to the upper chest. The latter two issues affect all the female arena armours, so I've included all of them in this fix. File attached, tested in-game.
