Issue #35488: CambridgeMassChemical01: Out of bounds sniper rifle

CambridgeMassChemical01 is an interior that shows multiple signs of having been copied in from the equivalent exterior and then finished as an interior. Of those signs, the most notable are a sniper rifle (000A4504) and blood decal (000A4605) that are out of bounds and share the exact same angles and position relative to each other as a sniper rifle (00055094) and blood decal (0005508D) that are on the roof of the building's exterior.

As a result of being out of bounds, this sniper rifle is not initially available inside the location. Instead, it will "appear" by audibly falling to the floor if you enter the interior, leave, and then return. At that point it can be found on the uppermost catwalk, to the right of the weapons workbench adjacent to the rooftop load door. Since the rifle appears to be a development leftover that is likely not intended to be inside the location, the most logical approach to fixing this issue would be to mark it as initially disabled.

Is that the inside of the location where you have a Super Mutant on the roof and a sniper rifle next to a patio chair (I believe it was a patio chair)?

That does sound like a reasonably accurate description of this location's exterior rooftop.
