Issue #35427: Falmer not affected by Kindred Mage or Animage (Illusion spell perks).

 
Falmer (ice/snow elves) are not affected by Kindred Mage nor by Animage Illusion spell perks.
Which means that the game considers Falmer neither humanoids nor animals, and they are obviously not undead/daedra/automatons.

Honestly that makes no sense, since Falmer are just humanoids (elves) who were forced to be in the caves for too long and have damaged eyesight.
Other blind people & creatures can be affected by Illusion spells normally and are affected by Kindred Mage and Animage illusion spell perks normally.

Please consider making Falmer affected by Kindred mage or by Animage illusion spell perks.

Just to add that in the base Skyrim the Falmer have "creature/white" souls (not black as humans/elves).

I honestly do not know how are Trolls and Giants and Hagraven categorized/affected as far as Illusion spell perks go (Animage or Kindred Mage).

But the Falmer should probably be put in the same category as Hagravens and Trolls since the game treats them so similarly in the context of soul type.
