In the following conversation quests the NPCs picked in Actor1 and Actor2 aliases from the event data differ from the ones that are actually used in the scene. That is, those quests filter Actor1 and Actor2 for, say, Alice and Bob NPCs while it's actually Carl and Dick in the scene. This does not prevent those conversation from happening, but could make them "misfire" (when one of the scene actors is not there) or for the scene actors to circumvent the engine rules for picking NPCs for conversations (timeouts between conversations, "Random conversations" flags in packages, etc.).
