Issue #35596: Thadon's bed and throne ownership

 
When replacing Thadon as the Duke of Mania in Shivering Isles, the player does not obtain ownership of either his throne or bed, meaning that the bed is unable to be used. The throne can be used, but it is red, showing that it is an illegal activity.

I noticed that it's also still considered to be trespassing when entering the Greenmote Silo, which, while I'm not certain is a bug/oversight, seems like a place that the Duke of Mania should be allowed, as Wide-Eye, someone who holds lesser rank than the Duke of Mania, is permitted to enter and walk around the Silo.
