Issue #35638: 000B3950: Gap underneath cliff piece near Solitude Sawmill

 
There's a noticeable gap underneath a rock cliff piece (000B3950). The cliff piece below it is RefID: 000B394F. It's on the small island with the mudcrabs just south of the Solitude Sawmill.

This should fix. The little strongbox was floating a bit too
