Issue #35673: Farkas won't give "Hired Muscle" radiant quest

 
Farkas gave me the "Hired Muscle" radiant quest immediately after joining the Companions, but has since never offered it again -- he only gives the "Dragon Seekers" or "Trouble in Skyrim" quests. I've long since completed the Companions questline, and I recently created a save outside Jorrvaskr before turning in one of his Trouble in Skyrim quests, and tried reloading the save until he gave me Hired Muscle, but no matter how many times I do it, he won't give me the quest. I didn't have this kind of trouble on my previous characters -- I don't know whether it's because of the USSEP or some other issue, but it's really frustrating!

I'm playing on PC and have been noticing the same for a long time now. For some reason it didn't occur to me that there was something wrong until I saw this ticket. The cycling of radiant Companions quests could be glitched in my save since I haven't gotten Vilkas' 'Dragon Seekers' quest (CR14) at all and haven't gotten Aela's 'Animal Extermination [A]' (CR01) quest for a very long time. I've done dozens of these radiant quests since I started this save well over a year ago.

This issue is weird though since I don't remember any of them not cycling properly in the past, but then again I took at least a three year break from playing Skyrim (until last year). The only pattern I can see from looking at the many completed quests in my journal is that CR14 and CR01 stopped coming up after completing Glory of the Dead, and obviously CR14 doesn't become available until that point.

In the first part of the last sentence in the second paragraph I meant CR04 and CR01. Sorry for cluttering up the ticket; it seems the short time period for editing expired.
