Issue #35700: Placement issues at Valtheim Towers

 
0003F795, 0003F796: Ingredients are floating and often don't havok correctly.

000AAE29: This book doesn't seem to spawn in the position it's supposed to (compared to its placement in the Creation Kit). I've seen it fall below the shelf and also spawn on its side stretched out like an accordion. Maybe the ragdoll data is messed up. It looks like it was edited previously by USSEP, so it's also possible nothing can be done to correct it for some reason.
