Issue #35741: Guard dialgoue about Kynesgrove dragon attack can be used by guards in town

000DD0BC:
"For a dragon to attack Kynesgrove... Why? Why there? Is no place safe?"

This dialogue line can used by the guards in Kynesgrove. It only makes sense if it plays somewhere else other than the town. A condition check could probably be used to address this.

I'm not sure I see why it wouldn't make sense for guards in Kynesgrove to say it? It can easily be interpreted as "They even attacked us HERE? Why didn't Kyne protect us?"

Why it doesn't make sense in my mind (for a Kynesgrove guard) is the fact that it uses the word "there" instead of "here" in the subtitle. There's obviously no unique recording and splicing is usually a pain, so it may not be worth the trouble.
