I'm able to confirm that Vuljotnaak's skeleton is still enabled in the game (invisible and interactable). I accidently discovered this when fighting some forsworn in a world encounter near the hidden entrance to Fort Sungard Oubliette. (screenshot)
I don't remember for sure whether this has happened before in any of my playthroughs. For some reason it seems familiar. The trouble is that there have been a number of weird issues with dragons over the years, and it's hard to remember them all.

Do you happen to remember how long ago you killed him? And when you did, did the soul absorption sequence play out?
This's my answer, about how long, serveral game-months have passed, the invisble but interactable corpses still exist, I also tested by using the command "set timescale to 2000000", the corpses still exist. I even started a new game specifically for testing this bug, and found that if you come across Alduin is resurrecting Vuljotnaak, Nahagliiv, Viinturuth, and the annimation played in front of you, then kill them, then go somewhere else for several days, then come back, the corpses will be invisible and interactable, they just never disappear. If you havn't come across Alduin resurrecting them in time, only kill the already resurrected Vuljotnaak, Nahagliiv, Viinturuth, the corpses will neither be invisiable nor disappear. So as long as if this bug isn't resolved, I will decide to wait for not coming across Alduin, but only kill the already resurrected Vuljotnaak, Nahagliiv, Viinturuth, 'cause their corpses can be seen for the rest of game.
Thanks. I was hoping for how long in real time it's been since this first popped up though. It could very easily be some old bug that's never come up before, or something caused by a recent update that shouldn't be happening. We're trying to narrow down the timeline.
If it's an old bug there may not be anything we can do about it as it will obviously be deeply rooted.
I can only offer my personal checks on this with an old LE save loaded into LE. Going to where the form IDs for each one should be goes to the middle of nowhere. Using PRID on their references shows they've been deleted by the engine.

Based the date stamps on my saves, I killed him between May 22 and May 25. So it was around three months ago (real time). And yes, the soul absorption sequence played out as it should.
This's my answer, Vuljotnaak, Nahagliiv, Viinturuth are killed in about a month of real time, as it's a pretty new game start of version GOG anniversary 1.6.1179. But I'm pretty sure there's no bug in version GOG anniversary 1.6.659, I had once finished a game save of version 1.6.659 without any mod in 2024, that's one year ago, the save was then archived in cloud storage, now I load that old save and find no bug about Vuljotnaak, Nahagliiv, Viinturuth.

Another note: Nahagliiv's skeleton is still in Rorikstead and is visible. It hasn't disappeared even though I've been far away from the area for well over 30 in-game days.
The console SQV output claims the reference (000FDBB0) is held in one alias:
Alias Dragon02 on Quest MQResurrectDragon (000B3991)
There isn't any further information in the output after that. It says no papyrus scripts are attached, which is confusing.
