Issue #35803: The Frozen Hearth Inn - Clipping Wreath

 
There is a wreath that is half-clipped into the wall at The Frozen Hearth Inn; record 00034D23.

This is similar to the vanilla Dead Man's Drink Inn, which was fixed in USSEP by placing the clipping wreath upon the post opposite of the non-clipped wreath, but I was unable able to find the tracker number of that report for reference.

00034D23 doesn't exist, i assume you mean 000DDAEB. Fixed along with a number of other clipping or floating objects.
Also fixed missing cover edges on navmesh in the cellar. (Trying to do it on the main floor renumbered the door triangle)
