Issue #35567: 10771F - BottlecapMine - Object bounds got cleared for some reason

 
I don't know how it happened, but the OBND as of 2.1.8 is zeroed for the mine, and I don't think should have been. I did a recalculate and it matches the vanilla master files, there's nothing in the changelog document on it, so I'm assuming the CK did CK things.

It's only been cleared somehow on the XBox copy. Why that happened is anyone's guess though.
