Issue #36019: Bowl placed at the bottom of Windhlem harbor

 
A bowl (000F4748) is placed at the bottom of the Windhlem harbor. You can find it floating around near the boats or sometimes a ways downstream. I'm not totally sure this wasn't deliberate for some odd reason, but it may have been intended to be placed somewhere on the docks.

Both F4747 and F4749 are placed on surfaces on the docks. Given that, I would suspect F4748 was placed under the water by mistake.

It might be intentional as like a "it fell off" thing, unsure.
