Issue #36071: No audio weapon audio

 
I'm having no swinging audio and no hit audio for weapons at all regardless of location. Here is the recording I made as well as the save file. I have AE edition so creation club content is installed. With the save file the only mods ever enabled were the unofficial patches.

Forgot to mention this is after reinstalling the game to a different storage drive.
