Issue #36114: Brodie Jiang package times

 
His packages add up to 24 hours, but are 18x6, 24x12, 18x6. The last of those ([000DBC0B] UC_NA_SitEditorLocation) should be 12x6. Looks like a copy error from the other ([000DBC0A] UC_NA_SitLinkedRef_18x6). Both packages are only used by Brodie.

On second thought, as it is the last package, and has no times on its name, it should be time any, any. That would make it generally useful.
