Issue #36134: The Boot stage 4 starts The Kindness of Strangers

 
City_NewAtlantis_Z_TheBoot, noticed in the CK.

This is probably a bad copy and paste error. Since I've always done Kindness long before this quest, and it only runs once, it hasn't any effect for me. But it could be rather confusing for somebody else?!?!

The change location script properties are illegible in the CK, so I'm also not sure how this stage is set.

This stage is never reached in normal gameplay so there's no reason for us to edit it.
