Issue #34485: Description of Fence perk is incorrect

 
The description of the Fence perk is "Can barter stolen goods with any merchant you have invested in." however investing in a merchant is not a requirement to barter stolen goods with them.

There is currently no mechanism available in game to determine that the specific vendor you're talking to has been invested in. So the only logical course of action to take here is to change the text to match what currently happens in game.

A report on this has been filed with the game developers to see if they can come up with a proper fix in a future update.
