Issue #36266: Drovas Relvi can be persuaded to pay you for his debt more than once

 
The player can successfully persuade Drovas Relvi to compensate them for his debt to Mogrul an infinite number of times. This is obviously related to DLC2TT1 (A New Debt) in some way. The topic is DLC2TT1bPersuade.

Something that should be noted is that he will refuse to pay the player a second time immediately afterwards. However, after a short period of time, that dialogue topic will reset itself. I'm almost completely certain this only happens while DLC2TT1 is active and would stop once Mogrul is either paid or killed.

Something I forgot to add is that each time you persuade him you gain 250 gold. That obviously isn't much, but it's still a minor exploit in the game.

This is the Say Once bug. Most we can do is a temporary workaround of a global variable to see if he already said the line.
