Issue #35751: One brazier in Sky Heaven Temple is not lit up by Delphine as it should be

 
Delphine is supposed to light up the Braziers in Sky Heaven Temple during the quest "Alduin's Wall", but one(shown in the attached picture) is not lit up despite Delphine plays the "light up" animation with her torch.

I only checked two times. Both the bug happened then I just moved on. I don’t know if this helps.
