Issue #36396: Reaver mages have duplicate items in inventory

 
Most reaver mages in the Dragonborn DLC can carry duplicated loot items. This is because their template's inventory has LootBanditRandomWizard (count 2) instead of two separate entries of LootBanditRandomWizard (count 1).

I've been trying to track this down for quite some time and have come up with four templates that are affected:
DLC2EncBandit02TemplateMagic
DLC2EncBandit03TemplateMagic
DLC2EncBandit04TemplateMagic
DLC2EncBandit05TemplateMagic

In case it's not clear what I'm referring to, compare the inventory of the four templates listed above with the inventory of DLC2EncBandit01TemplateMagic.

Notes: I've seen this problem a lot with NPCs on Solstheim, so there could be others that I'm not aware of yet. It looks a number of NPCs use these templates, including some from Creation Club content (ex. Ordinators in Ghosts of the Tribunal). If these are found to be legitimate bugs, the changes may need to be forwarded to Garthand's patches.

Add DLC2EncBandit06TemplateMagic to the list of templates above; I forgot to list it. There are actually a total of five with the problem that I'm aware of.

Also, I'm beginning to think based on a comparison of Skyrim bandit inventories the "loot object" count of 2 is a mistake and should be 1. Having two separate entries like I originally mentioned would probably cause far more loot to be in their inventories than was intended. Maybe I'd better hold off on adding additional bug tickets until you have a chance to look these over and make a conclusion. It's entirely possible I don't understand what I'm looking at.

Since I'm mostly done playing Skyrim on a regular basis for the foreseeable future, I decided to list the others in another ticket: Issue #36652. If I don't do so now there's a chance I'll forget completely.
