Issue #36400: LL_Armor_Power_T60_Mods_Arm [LVLI:001B2006] contains a torso mod

 
The leveled list "LL_Armor_Power_T60_Mods_Arm [LVLI:001B2006]" contains a torso mod when it should only be for arm mods. The offending mod is "pa_comp_T60_Torso_Misc_Reactive "T-60 Reactive Plates" [MISC:0018102C]".

What should be done as a fix is unclear, since there is no "equivalent" mod for arms and the other similar lists (for T-45, T-51, and X-01 arm mods) all have different misc. mods. However, the other 3 lists use the Hydraulic bracers, Optimized bracers, and Tesla bracers mods. This leaves the Rusty knuckles mod as the only unused misc. arm mod between the 4 lists, so perhaps it could be replaced with "miscmod_PA_T51_Arm_Misc_Bleed "T-51 Rusty Knuckles" [MISC:001CCE11]"

Sorry, I copied the wrong form. I meant "miscmod_PA_T60_Arm_Misc_Bleed "T-60 Rusty Knuckles" [MISC:001CCE14]" rather than "miscmod_PA_T51_Arm_Misc_Bleed "T-51 Rusty Knuckles" [MISC:001CCE11]".
