Confirmed - the ground model uses the same UV as the other guard cuirasses, but the actual rigged model uses a totally different UV map. The ground model will need a new UV map to correct this.

Having looked at this in detail now I can see there are multiple issues with the vanilla ground mesh. The most obvious problems are with the Cheydinhal version, but the Bravil version also has an issue with part of the crest appearing on the back. The vanilla mesh uses a fairly detailed version of the belts, separate for both male and female, but then only has a very crude model for the uniform underneath. The neck isn't modelled at all, with just a couple of leather patches on the corner hinting at what's on the character model, the UV map is also very simple and out of proportion. To fix I have rebuilt the upper torso of the mesh entirely, adding in the detail around the neck, shoulders and armpits. I also redid the UV map below the belt and modelled in the split between the legs. This represents a 50% increase in complexity over the vanilla version, which puts it on the higher end of world meshes, but still less than others like the leather or arena cuirass. I built the new female mesh off the male one, swapping the belts over. The male and female Cheydinhal meshes are different, with more complex models and UV maps to match their character models, they are about 70% more complex than vanilla.
