Muria also has no crew perks (despite the crew panel showing she has 2 ranks particle weapons, 1 rank ship energy weapons, and 1 rank pain tolerance) and no assigned keywords. I'm not creating another bug for this because the perk and keywords are trivial to add alongside the civilian killed event and missing dialogs.
Update regarding the missing skill perks: I learned that quest fragment script qf_sfbgs038_crew_elitecrew_m_01083a33.pex actually adds the correct skill perks to Muria upon first recruitment.
However, the script does not add the Companion_BasicPerk nor the keywords typical for other crew/followers in the game, and it doesn't correct the issue of her bugged crime response.

I got the status update of this moving to "Fix Pending." I should have posted something here, but I actually took it upon myself to create a mod that fixes the weird crime response by removing the EliteCrewCrimeResponseScript from her actor. This seemed appropriate because it's how other crime ambivalent crew are setup (see Betty Howser for an example), and I believe Muria was intended to ignore crime based on her dialogues. If you believe this is incorrect, please let me know.
I also added the missing Companion_BasicPerk to Muria, as well as the following keywords: PlayerCanStimpak [KYWD:000AD52A], NoTerrormorphMindControl [KYWD:000E53A8], NoPickpocket [KYWD:000F55DC], TeammateReadyWeapon_DO [KYWD:001D03E1], SQ_Followers_TeleportToShipWithPlayerWhenWaiting [KYWD:001EA944], ActorSocialImmune [KYWD:0021B1FC], TeammateDontUseAmmoKeyword [KYWD:0023F1CA], Crew_CrewTypeElite [KYWD:00270729], and SQ_Followers_SandboxWhilePlayerLoiters_Allowed [KYWD:0028BF2B].
The mod is "Muria Mended" on the Nexus and Bethesda Creations. I would gladly have its changes be made part of the Unofficial Patch, if reviewers agree the fixes are correct.

One last note: The qf_sfbgs038_crew_elitecrew_m_01083a33 fragment has a property for the crew botany perk, but the script does not add the perk to Muria and the property is otherwise unused. Muria has multiple dialogues about mushrooms, but I didn't add the botany perk to her in my fix.
