Issue #36653: Arcana Restored Mechanics are not crossed out in the changelog

 
The UOP used to add game mechanics related to the book Arcana Restored. The additions are mentioned in the changelog v3.0.0 (2008-06-03): "Changed the Magicka fountains found in Oblivion planes so that they work as described in the book Arcana Restored (with the book and a gold nugget in inventory, the player will have the option to recharge all their magical items from the fountain, consuming the nugget)"

I read that this mechanic was removed. But the changelog still mentions it and it is not crossed out. Other removed changes like the "St. Jahn's Wort" -> "St. John's Wort" rename are normally crossed out.
I remembered this because the change was mentioned here https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Arcana_Restored as if it is still in the UOP.

On this page it also still mentions the Arcana Restored mechanics. Just in case any of you feel like editing the UESP. Just scroll down to the Gold Nugget entry.
