Issue #36671: Clipping Banners inside the Palace of Kings

 
Have a look at this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/110463

While it probably should not just be merged into USSEP without checking, I can at least confirm that the banners do still have clipping issues with USSEP and that USSEP makes the issue worse for at least one of them.

The banner in question just has really unfortunate placement. This is the best I can get it without needing to move the throne.
