Issue #36680: Heljarchen Hall cellar missing a light

 
There appears to be a light missing in Heljarchen Hall cellar:


This is how the cellar looks in both Lakeview Manor and Windstad Manor:

Looking at the shrine wall to the left it appears brighter in Heljarchen so maybe the light that is supposed to be around the weapon rack is not missing but has the wrong location coordinates and is placed in front of the shrine along with the other light that's supposed to be there.

I opened up the cellar cells in CK and there's no evidence that there are any bugs having missing or misplaced lights. It seems that the light placement was intentional. In Heljarchen Hall the light in question is placed closer to the shrine while in the other two homes it is in the center of the room. Having it closer to the shrine makes it seem like the two wall sconces on both sides of the weapon rack are not giving off any light, but that's something that can be observed everywhere.
