Issue #36695: Helgen Ledger small issue

 
The ledger Hadvar is holding in the beginning of the game has a small issue. See this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/147579

How weird. I can confirm the issue, but I don't know if emittance is the correct fix. All-zero emissive colors are the norm for non-glow-shader meshes.

Seems like the fix is to remove the vertex colors.
