Note: The only thing I can think of that may have been done wrong was that I existed Alftand by using the lift and then came back a bit later to use the attunement sphere to gain access to Blackreach.

This may fix? Should stop it from tying to redo the checks if the "entered alftand once" stage has already passed once.
