Issue #37007: Vampire is missing the perk WindWalker "Wind Walker" [PERK:00105F22]

 
The vampire 00033852 EncVampire06Template is missing WindWalker "Wind Walker" [PERK:00105F22].

It's a perk that found on the Ancient Vampire according to UESP. Also according to UESP, the perk only works if a light helmet is also worn, but there are mods and verified creations that give vampires completely light armor, so this is still relevant.

If it's only on variant missing it and that variant has all the other vampire perks, it's possible bethesda did that for variety?

At first I thought so too. But if that vampire has all other perks, it's more likely they forgot or made a mistake.
