Issue #37057: Oengul War-Anvil has a skill check that he makes towards himself instead of the player

 


Click on the video and watch from 3:14 onwards. Seems like he is supposed to have special dialogue dependent on the player's smithing skill. But the check runs against his own skill, which is why it is not used. The video looks reliable.
