Issue #10618: Morokei's mask has the wrong enchantment

Morokei (ArmorDragonPriestMaskMoonstoneHelmet) has an incorrect enchantment selected. His current one is "EnchArmorFortifyMagickaRate06". This is obviously incorrect, since all other masks have an "EnchDragonPriestMask" enchantment.

On top of that, an unused "EnchDragonPriestMaskMoonstone" is already in the CK. The difference between the two enchantments is that the latter also has a "fortify shout cooldown" effect. It would be a simple matter of switching the masks enchantment to the new one.

Also, as a little side-fix, shouldn't the Dragon Priest masks benefit from Dragon smithing rather than Daedric Smithing? It makes more sense. They are DRAGON priests, after all.

I don't see how it would be for balance reasons; dragon smithing requires more skill than daedric.
They're more likely imbued with some sort of dragon knowledge than daedric power; otherwise they would be daedric artifacts.
But I digress. The important thing is the Morokei bug.

The Dragon Priest masks aren't made from dragon scales or bone. They each have a clearly defined material type. It's not clear whether they require Daedric Smithing for balance reasons, or because they are imbued with Daedric power in some way, despite most Daedric equipment being made from Ebony.

This must have been accidentally marked as unfixed since the USKP has an edit to fix the enchantment bug already.
