Issue #12066: DarkwaterCrossingDerkeethusRescueQuest: despite previous attempted fixes, Derkeethus still refuses t

...because the cause</em> of the issue has been ignored.

It was never because of package conditions on the follow package; simply put, the forcegreet package and the follow package are in the wrong order.

When the player leaves, they trip a trig zone that sets a variable; this causes Derk to try to forcegreet to close the quest. However, if he's not outside when that happens, he switches from following to forcegreeting, remaining in his prison, unless he can see the player, in which case he will follow the player to the door and not leave.

He cannot forcegreet because the dialogue necessary to close the quest requires him to be outside the Pass, meaning he can't give it and leave if he's executing the forcegreet package while still inside the Pass.

Add condition "GetInWorldspace DarkwaterWorld == 0" to DerkeethusRescueForceGreetPackage fix.

Fixed for USKP 1.3.1.

And there's no need to get snippy about it either.
