Resolution: Fixed

Issue #12079: Camera angle locked when sitting on the throne on the Katariah

 
There's an issue with the emperors throne on the deck of the Katariah. If you sit on the throne, the camera angle is locked in place so you can't look around.

I've tested this and throne will act like a normal chair.
Also of extra note, SolitudeThrone is missing 2 other keywords that all other thrones have.

Fixed for USKP 2.0.4.

Only 11 of them needed the keyword removed. Plus, Solitude's throne likely had the other keywords left off on purpose so Elisif wouldn't be sitting there all slouchy like the other Jarls.
